Working in Market Management

Our Partner Account Management roles are in our Lodging Partner Services division – LPS for short. It's the beating heart of Expedia. We're the people that find, sign up, onboard, market, and support the hundreds of thousands of hotels across the world on which our business relies. Without us, there'd be no Expedia.

Market Associate

What you'll do

You'll help us find hotels of every type and size to join the Expedia Group family. In this varied role you'll be facilitating leads, preparing market visits and liaising with prospective hotel partners. Then you'll onboard the hotels. Using market insights and data provided by our bespoke technology, you'll optimise content, drive promotions and make sure our new partners know just how to make the most of our self–service tools. It's a role with huge potential for growth, and the chance to build a career in over 30 countries across the globe.

What you'll need

  • A results–focused, goal–orientated approach and lots of determination;

Associate Market Manager

What you'll do

You'll build a portfolio of hotel partners all across your region or city, attracting properties of every type and size to join the Expedia Group family. By explaining exactly how our bespoke online tools and global network of online travel brands can help them attract more guests than ever, you'll help hotel partners understand Expedia's value proposition and get excited about joining the Expedia Group family.

What you'll need

  • A hungry, entrepreneurial approach where you'll constantly be looking for ways to attract new business, win back old business, improve processes, and deliver more for the hotels you work with;

  • Experience of dealing directly with customers;

What you'll do

This is a key role, where you'll be at the heart of our big push for growth in Europe, building our profile all across your territory. Leading a smart, talented team, you'll create a diverse portfolio of hotels that will allow millions of customers to get exactly the holiday they want. You'll make sure all of our hotel partners, from huge global chains, to family–run boutiques, get the most from our innovative technology, our unique breadth of global customers, and the data–based marketing solutions we can offer every single one of them.

What you'll need

  • An ability to win market share by innovating;
  • Considerable experience of meeting ambitious targets, and turning strategic objectives into reality on the ground;
  • A 'never give up' attitude and great communication skills, that allow you to build strong, productive relationships quickly with your customers;
  • A love of inventive technology, and the ability to use the data it provides to create insightful analysis that results in meaningful action plans;
  • Strong written and spoken English;

Area Manager

What you'll do

This is a key strategic role – and you'll be at the heart of our big push for growth in Europe, building our profile all across your region. Leading a team of up to 12 people, you'll help hotel partners understand Expedia's value proposition to ensure our millions of customers worldwide can always find their dream hotel. Whether you're leading market research, visiting fairs and events to raise Expedia's profile in your region, or attending key client visits to develop and inspire your team, it will be your strategic vision that ensures success. It's success that you'll share regularly with Senior Directors as you report on your territory at key regional meetings.

  • Proven experience as a manager, leading a team to achieve ambitious targets;
  • A keen analytical mind that can turn data into a business development action plan that works on the ground;
  • A hunger for success, coupled with a desire to challenge the status quo and innovate;
