Be the voice of Expedia Group

In these fast-paced roles, thousands of hotels across Europe will look to you for support, information and help. You'll be part of a division called Lodging Partner Services – or LPS for short.

We onboard hotels when they first join us, we introduce them to our bespoke self-service tools, and we work with them to make sure they're getting the best from our platform. Join us as one of our Hotel Partner Support Advisors in our buzzing support centre in Prague, and you'll be on hand to answer every query and question under the sun about the services we offer.

The day-to-day role

Queries come pouring in from hotels all across the EMEA region to our support centre in Prague. "What's the best way to manage my inventory on the system?" "I don't understand how this new tool works", "I've got a financial query", "There's a problem – can you sort it?" From your desk, you'll reply by phone and email, helping every partner get the very most out of our innovative online system and tools.

Even towards the end of an eight-hour shift, you've got what it takes to stay efficient, cool, calm and collected. What other skills will you need? Strong written and verbal skills in English and one other European language, experience of providing brilliant customer service, and a love of new technology are all key. Change doesn't throw you, and you can get up to speed on a new system quickly, as well as explaining it clearly to others.

You'll join us in our Prague contact centre – a buzzing, cosmopolitan place, where 27 languages are spoken, travel's in the blood and new ideas are always welcome. The offices are brilliant, too. With funky décor, and lots of comfy break out areas, they're a great place to spend the working day. Things change fast at Expedia Group, but our close-knit culture means you'll always have lots of support and advice. Many of the managers you'll be working with used to do your job – so they know exactly what it's like, and will always be there to help you out.

If you're ambitious and willing to work hard to prove yourself, there are lots of opportunities to grow over time. In the Hotel Partner Support Advisor role you'll be joining us in, there are four levels you can work your way through – and then lots of places to develop in a range of managerial roles here in Prague. After that, as a global company with 20,000 people based in 30 countries, there's no shortage of career paths.
